We’re searching for a passionate and energetic Dog Daycare Supervisor to lead our team and help us continue delivering top-notch care. What You’ll Do:

• Lead with Care: Guide and support our team of daycare counselors, ensuring our dogs are safe, happy, and receiving the best care.
• Keep Operations Smooth: Oversee day-to-day activities, staff schedules, and make sure the facility runs like clockwork.
• Communicate with Pet Parents: Build strong relationships with our clients, keep them informed, and address any questions or concerns with professionalism.
• Monitor Health & Safety: Stay on top of each dog's behavior, ensuring health and safety protocols are always followed.
• Shape the Experience: Bring energy, ideas, and passion to improve and innovate our daycare operations.

Skills

• Experienced Leader: You’ve held leadership roles in dog daycare, animal care, or other related fields.
• Great Communicator: You know how to connect with both staff and clients, keeping everyone on the same page.
• Dog Lover: Your genuine passion for dogs shows in everything you do.
• Detail-Oriented: You notice the little things and stay organized, from keeping logs to spotting changes in dog behavior.
• Problem-Solver: Quick thinking and calm under pressure, you handle any situation with ease.
• Physical Requirements: This is a hands-on, active role dedicated to grooming dogs. It involves standing, cleaning, and moving for extended periods while bathing, brushing, and styling dogs of various sizes and temperaments. You will need to lift and handle dogs safely during grooming sessions, prioritizing their comfort and well-being at all times.
